Professional career:
A Certified Public Accountant, he was first employed by the public accounting
firm of Grant Thornton, where he served as an auditor of manufacturing
& transportation companies, health care facilities, retail and service
operations and banks.
Employed at American Spring Wire Corp. He served as Controller from 1979.
He worked through the organization to Assistant Treasurer and was elected
an Officer of the Company in 1999.
